Vanguard: Saga of Heroes

Hey guys, the old buddy thread was getting overflooded and not doing anyone any good anymore.  Thus, here's a blank slate.

The Vanguard forum is becoming overrun with invite requests and invite offers.  To ensure that users can post and find other threads relating to Vanguard, MMORPG.com is asking that all users use this thread to handle invites.

Thanks to poster Cubbycat in the Dungeon Runners for coming up with a great method of handling invite requests and offers in the same thread; this thread will be utilizing Cubbycat's method (which will be further described below).

Please note that any new invite-related threads will be deleted immediately, and action may be taken against the user's account.  Again, this is to ensure that users can use this forums for discussion of the game, not just getting into it!

Cubbycat's Invite Method

IF YOU ARE REQUESTING AN INVITE:

1. Request. Post a message requesting that you be invited. Leave your e-mail address. Understand that if your e-mail address is not posted, other users cannot invite you. 

2. Wait. If the person inviting follows these guidlines, they should post if they've invited you.

3. Edit. As soon as you recieve your request, edit your post to indicate you recieved it.

IF YOU ARE INVITING OTHERS:

1. Look. Scroll through the posts looking for people requesting invites.

2. Check. Make sure that someone else hasn't already invited them. 

3. Invite.

4. Post. Post that you have invited those people so that people won't get multiple invites.
