yes it will run it, and it should be able to run it on max settings. That is of course if the game engine reacts well to it. There are some people with really high specs that are having trouble running the game, but once they fix all the bugs it should run it on max settings.

Honestly though Alienware makes high qaulity gaming rigs, but i'm sure you paid a pretty penny for that one.. I suggest making your own next time. you'll save about 1,500 dollars.
