As many people may notice, in the States, we are charged an additional .10 International fee for being charged by an overseas company...

This is unfair and biased toward all europeans...

I wish to see an end to the atrocities...

How about you?

Doubt is a pain too lonely to know that faith is his brother.

Your lucky, my C.Card got charged a WHOPPING extra  0.15c - thats right the $5 preorder was $5.15 Canadian - how messed up is that!!!  Especially considering exchange rates and such ;)

Do you know that in Europe we pay 20.30$ per month while you are paying 15$ ? We pay 30% more.

US pays 15$, UK about 17.5$ and the rest of Europe 20.30$ for the monthly subscription.

And these number are without VAT. With VAT the 20$ becomes 23$.

So, you are arguing about .10 cents?

I think you have a misunderstanding as to where that money goes. Thats not going to an overseas company, its going to your credit card company or bank. Funcom won't see a penny of that money. Its just another way for banks and credit companies to make money.

Those charges are from Visa and MasterCard interchange fee's it is not Funcom or anyone else in the gaming industry. Good luck fighting that!!!

Those fee's are not for the credit card company. It is part of Visa and MasterCards cost aka Interchange charges.
