• • Solaris (H-Shattered Hand)- Seeking Experienced Raiders.

    History

    Solaris was formed in the beta of Age of Conan, as a guild that stood for an immaculate level of quality, dedication, and professionalism towards MMO endgame.  In the 3 months since Age of Conan's launch, Solaris became one of Cimmeria's most accomplished and respected guilds, forming one of the first Tier III cities, earning progressive raid kills, and establishing a presence as a coordinated and lethal PvP force.

    Unfortunately, with the lack of any real development in Age of Conan's endgame, Solaris, like many other guilds around the world, has decided to move onto other prospects for the time being.  With almost all of our members being highly experienced Pre BC raiders, we decided to reroll on Shattered Hand recently, and begin our new presence there.

    Our goals for World of Warcraft are simple- to attain a reputation as one of the fastest progressing and efficient raid guilds in Shattered Hand.  Our roster currently includes a number of transferred 70s, with a majority of our members rerolling new toons to meet specific raid needs.  We plan to begin 25 man content by mid August, and are eagerly looking to expand our roster with talented transfers and rerolls.

     

    Who we Seek

    The ideal Solaris applicant is a person who is willing to work hard to learn every aspect of their class, of new fights, and to help advance our raid's progression in a serious, no-nonsense manner.  We raid 4 nights a week, Sun-Wed, and expect you to maintain at least 80% raid attendance to sustain spots and loot priviliges.  We expect you to take the time when not in raid to study fights, via guides, videos, and talking with guildmates who have experienced these fights firsthand.  Showing up to raid with full repairs, consumables, and a willingness to learn is mandatory of all raiders, and we will tolerate nothing less. 

    That being said, Solaris is a guild that is unique from others, in not only our approach to gaming, but in our demeanor and way we interact with one another.  Solaris is known among our members and allies as a guild that has class, humor, and is always there when you need assistance.  We will work hard to make your gaming experience as excellent as possible, if you are willing to do the same.

     

    How to Apply

  • Solaris has begun T1 Raid content, and has downed Honoguard.  We're planning on finishing Kylikki and Vistrix off this weekend, and are eager to meet any Cimmeria 80s who want to be a part of organized raid progression.  Check us out now.
