I pretty much stayed home from school / work today to test out DDO on this crappy computer and to see how much I like it...well now I realzied that the trial site was down and theres no way at all for me to test the game.
Does anyone have a free trial they could send me..or anything? please!! thanks : D

So I have been on hiatus from gaming for about 4 months now and I decided to come back to DDO! I played it for a month or two awhile back and really enjoyed it but decided to just stick with LOTRO / Vanguard. But now my gaming rig has broken and now I must use my friends "omg-why-is-this-computer-so-shitty" computer that was in a corner of his basement. But oh well, this game is semi-old so i can probably ( I pray..) run it on very low or something. I just have a few questions before I jump back into the game!
1) what are the popular classes?
2) how does raiding work? I know that they add to the level cap every few months so does that make some raids obsolete?
3) I only played this game for 2 months and i still dont understand the rule set...did they make it any easier to understand?
4) what is the least popular class?
5) Is end game any fun?
6) whats the most populated server!

EDIT: Just realized the trial site is down...I have no clue how I am going to play now : [ could anyone send me a free trial? Thanks : D

I just opened up the test server and the live server character create screens to compare them side by side and I must admit I saw positive improvement. I don't really understand how you can say they look exactly the same becasue they really don't.
Just compare Thestra humans on the live server to the test server..there is such a massive improvement that I do not even know how PLAYED as that crappy model. hehe, I love this patch!
