    • Release date of WOTLK: Delay
    • Typical immature response.

I look at this thread and see an ill concieved question followed by a bunch of people with a sense of humour and if you think about it, go on it wont hurt, a underlying sense of community that has kept the comedy thread running.

I play WOW and a number of other games. You should remember that it is the huge number of us "immature" wow players and the revenue we put into this game that has, in part, fuelled this genre and keeps the financial interest in deveoping the games that you enjoy.

Still, in keeping with the rest of this thread I will resist taking your post too seriously and just laugh along with you.

    • How come EQ II doesn't attract more players?
    • i think its a mix of lack of Marketing, no massive announcements for most of this year and the natural effect that gamers move on. most games keep a solid base level of loyal players whilst the rest tend to move from new release to new release - nothing wrong with that but not many games continue to grow years after their initial release.

    • On Day 2 of the Trial, Wondering Why this Game is Not More Popular?
    • I played for 3 or 4 months but agree with the earlier comments that it just became stale. After a while there did not seem any real "hook" to keep me wanting to achieve more or explore further. I liked the theme and intent of the game but could not drum up any excitement to keep playing.

How do you feel about advertising inside games?

I think they should advertise whatever they want
It is OK so long as it is in the context of the game
This is just wrong, no ads in games...period.
