I saw my friend play the DK to 58. Handout and handout.
This game is for the lowest common denominator with a lot of time on his hands.
I dont think thats fair to say honestly. I mean you are entitled to your own opinions thats fine. But because certain people have problems and want to play from 70-80 fast or get from 55-58 fast does that mean the game is bad? WoW has made it easier to level to which I thank them for. Lets face it people have alts on their accounts and other accounts because they ran out of room on their main account. The only thing I can possible blame wow for in this new expansion so far...is that I was hoping for at least 2 hero classes and wanted around 4.
My main point is, you cannot blame wow for certain players playstyles or habbits. Play the game at your own pace and try to enjoy it. I can gurantee you the people that are already 80 or have explored all the content need to not only get a life, but I dont think they even read the quests, finished all the quests or even have all the professions down pact.
Anyway...if you judge a game just based on some sick kids then thats your problem not ours. Besides I would take my time with this expansion if I were them, or they are going to get bored fast and start waiting for the new expansion.

Or will you be able to solo up to lvl cap. Ive played many MMOs out there and absolutely fell in love with FFXI b/c of its "force grouping" (never played EQ1). A little bit of both would be sweet too. I guess what Im asking is will this game offer a challenge while lvling that will require help a lot? Im just getting sick of all the easy dull WoW clones....../cry
I have to agree the most fun ive had in an MMORPG was in EQ ,1 when you basically had to group in order to level. Very few classes in tha game could solo unless you had very good gear. And that was near impossible for a very long time. I hope that MMORPG's slowly go back to the you are requierd to group to level system. However I dont think Aion will go in that direction. Aion seems to be more like a Final fantasy in a WoW type enviroment. Which is a good thing considering WoW has some great art design, and im excited that they are taking the character art style from FF type art. Overall it should be a beutiful game, and I am hoping its gonig to be WoW/WAR/FF in one game.
Whats his characters name that has reached 80? reason I ask because i went to armory and search Athene and a lvl 80 didnt pop up. So which one of his chars hit 80?

Thats right, Blizzard has probably stumbled upon what could become the most popular plush toy of the decade. Everyone who's played WoW knows about Murlocs and their crazy screams of jibberish. Now imagine a smaller version of these amphibious creatures with the appropriate and oh so cute gurgle talk.
I'd post a picture, but it wouldn't do them cute lil guys any justice as you have to hear them in their playful antics.
I like stuffed animals and little dragons to collect, I think I would def pick up a plush baby murloc if they ahd them in the store.
Well I was skeptical originally with the expansion, however I got to play it for 3 hours last night.
I made myself a Death knight, yes I know everyone wanted to make one...but none of the classes with classic wow really enthralled me. I have got to say.... the DK starting area was alot of fun and the story behind it was amazing as well...kudos to blizzard for putting that together nicely. I also have to say the DK class is ALOT OF FUN, especially just starting out...the talents make them a great class to pick up for raids and fast instance runs. Overall so far I am very impressed with the expansion, I will hold off on my final decision on whether it was a success after my DK hits 80. But so far big kudos to Blizz.
