During the Gamescom Opening Night Live MBC Game Studio revealed its debut title 1001 Threads of Mizan. This epic action–adventure set within the world of One Thousand and One Nights. The game will feature a handcrafted world, colossal boss battles, and cooperative play at its heart.
MBC Game Studio is led by CEO Daniel Engelhardt and COO Trevor Williams. The team drawn from acclaimed studios including BioWare, Hi-Rez, Ubisoft Montréal, and Bungie. The studio brings deep expertise in gameplay, world-building, and creative development to this sprawling Arabian fantasy adventure.
1001 Threads of Mizan tells a story of three unlikely heroes united by the famed Storyweaver, Shahrazad. Yusra, Malik, and Sufyan will rediscover the lost power of the Mizan in a quest to take down an ancient jinn king. They have to do it before his thirst for vengeance destroys humanity or fail trying. The game allows players to take to the skies on flying carpets to bring down jinn of colossal scale together.

Gamescom attendees can get a first taste of the game at the show floor this week. The playable pre-alpha demo features co-op gameplay and flight combat, culminating in a dramatic boss battle against the menacing jinn Nazjush.
