A Goddess of Victory: Nikke x Evangelion Second Impact Is Nearly Here

The second Goddess of Victory: Nikke x Evangelion collaboration is due to make landfall across PC and mobile on 20 February 2025.

Level Infinite and SHIFT UP have announced that the legendary anime Neon Genesis Evangelion and sci-fi gacha shooter Goddess of Victory: Nikke will have another big stompy crossover in a few days. Fan favorite Eva pilots, a massive crossover story and maybe some fearsome Angels are coming to challenge the adorable android’s of Nikke.

After a n inaugural feature back in August 2024, this follows up event features a special storyline set in the world of Evangelion. Players can expect to see familiar characters, including Asuka: WILLE, Rei Ayanami (Tentative Name), and Sakura (Toji’s sister). This lineup subtly hints that the tale will pick up around the time of Evangelion 3.0: You Can (Not) Redo, after the tenth Angel face off. Thankfully for fans of the rebuild, you can also take this as an opportunity to obtain Asuka Shikinami Langley, Rei Ayanami, and Mari Makinami Illustrious, as they return from last year’s event. A new trailer also accompanies the news, giving players a hint of what to expect when they arrive at the eerie Red Sea. The action-packed footage showcases Evangelion Unit Two and Evangelion Mark.09 in dramatic combat sequences, alongside the Ark’s formidable battleship Admire, and a showdown against the enigmatic Gatekeeper.

This isn’t the only incoming event either. The recent State of Play event confirmed a Stellar Blade x NIKKE in-game collaboration. With little actual detail, all we know if that it will drop around June 2025. That’s plenty of time to defeat the Angels, grab your favorite pilot, ascend human consciousness, have a moment of realisation, self-discovery, and CONGRATULATIONS!
