Microids has revealed an all-new gameplay trailer for its upcoming detective game, Agatha Christie – Death on the Nile. As the trailer shows, this isn’t your grandmother’s Agatha Christie set in the 1920s. It is a reimagined tale that updates the game into the disco era of the 1970s alongside a new sidekick for Poirot. Between the French detective’s sly intelligence and New York PI Jan Royce’s detective skills, no crime will go unpunished.
The trailer, “How to be a brilliant detective,” showcases gameplay packed with puzzles, crime scene reconstructions, stealthy listening, tailing suspects, and much more.

Ahead of the September 25th release date (PS5, XBSX/S, Switch, PC), Microids also revealed console preorder information. The Digital Deluxe Edition includes the game, its OST, and a digital artbook. A limited-release physical edition will be released in the UK only, which includes the game, a 48-page artbook, a special bookmark, and a digital edition of the OST.
