Welcome to the rebellion. Disney shared a new trailer for the upcoming final season of Andor, coming to Disney+ on April 22.
Highly regarded by both critics and viewers, the series explores a new perspective when it comes to the Star Wars galaxy and serves as a prequel to Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. The events of the series begin five years before those of Rogue One and A New Hope, and focuses on an ensemble cast, each with their own unique reasons to join the Rebellion.
Among them, thief and scavenger turned hero, Cassian Andor. In an era filled with danger, deception, and intrigue, he embarks on a path that is destined to turn him into a Rebel. Cassian will learn what difference he can make as the burgeoning rebellion against the Empire swells, and people and planets alike become involved. He starts off as a revolution-averse cynic and turns into the most passionate person who is going to give themselves to save the galaxy by the events of Rogue One.
The second season promises to continue gripping storytelling that initially drew viewers to Andor, with many considering it the best Star Wars media outside the original trilogy.
