Indie developers from the Uncommon Games has announced a launch of the first demo (Steam) for the cozy sandbox Animalkind. At the PC Gaming Show: Most Wanted 2025 showcase, they presented a trailer, featuring the first glimpse at the game process. The main character there is a cute corgi, who explores the world, creates the mecha suit and meets new friends along the way.
Animalkind is an open world town building game, where every character is an adorable animal. Little friends come together to discover the ancient tech of the old world and build their own paradise. The game offers co-op mode for up to 3 players and a cozy atmosphere with relaxing gameplay.
The first demo features a redesigned home island, complete with its own secrets, landmarks, and fresh features. You can even run into animal companions dashing across in bursts of energetic speed! Last but not least, the game introduced expanded customization with more decorative options available for town and island.
