DON’T NOD has presented a brand-new trailer for the upcoming sci-fi adventure Aphelion. This time, the developers presented 5 minutes of gameplay, demonstrating the abilities of the main characters and core mechanics. Aphelion prepares to launch on Steam, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5 in Spring 2026. Moreover, it’ll join Game Pass on launch day.
Aphelion is a cinematic third-person action-adventure set on Persephone, an uncharted frozen planet. Earth has become uninhabitable by 2060, and Persephone represents humanity’s best hope for survival. Players control two European Space Agency astronauts, Ariane and Thomas, whose mission to survey the planet. Yet, everything goes awry when their ship crashes, scattering them across the alien world. The narrative follows their desperate quest to complete the mission, and uncover the secrets buried beneath the ice.
