The developers from Space Goblin Studio has announced a release of the peaceful survival Astrobotanica in Early Access (Steam). The announcement followed a trailer presentation, featuring gameplay elements and unique game atmosphere. The game presents a new approach to survival games and offers different experience in a familiar genre.
Astrobotanica offers players to take a role of an alien biologist. His mission is to research the environment of the prehistoric Earth and its habitants. To survive on the hostile planet, they have to utilize the botany experience, grow crops, brew tunics and craft useful items. However, plants are not the only life form to research. Primal humans are ready to meet the strange visitor, eager to learn the wisdom from stars.

- Environment: The game features explorable prehistoric landscapes inhabited by extinct animals, with an emphasis on observation and discovery.
- Gameplay: Plants growing, processing, and experimenting with ancient plant life to produce food, medicine, and maintain a breathable CO₂ supply.
- Progression System: Skills are developed through six categories by allocating Knowledge Points based on player choices
