Rebellion Developments, the creators of survival action Atomfall, are getting ready to celebrate the game’s first anniversary on March 27th. To mark such a highly special occasion, the developers have shared a year in numbers, showing some of the more interesting statistics of players’ activities over the last 12 months.
Atomfall is a survival-action game inspired by real-life events. It is set five years after the Windscale nuclear disaster in Northern England. The developers invite players to explore the fictional quarantine zone, scavenge, craft, barter, fight and talk your way through a British countryside setting filled with bizarre characters, mysticism, cults, and rogue government agencies.
Players have spent over 17 million hours in the quarantine zone, racking up a total of 42.3 million player deaths. The most deadly enemies are Bard Robots (14.9%), Ferals (13.6%) and Protocol (9.7%). How many times did you wipe to one of these three?
Other interesting statistics include:
- 16.8 million cornish pasties eaten;
- 196 million leads discovered;
- 2.2 million slices of cake eaten;
- 6.9 million comics found;
- 500,000 robots destroyed;
- Most deadly weapons: bow and arrow (14.9%), single barrel shotgun (13.6%), Webley revolver (9.7%)
