Coming March 27, 2025, Atomfall is a survival-action game inspired by real-life events. It is set five years after the Windscale nuclear disaster in Northern England. The developers invite players to explore the fictional quarantine zone, scavenge, craft, barter, fight and talk your way through a British countryside setting filled with bizarre characters, mysticism, cults, and rogue government agencies.
Do you have what it takes to unravel the dark mystery of what really happened by pulling at the tapestry of interwoven narratives through exploration, conversation, investigation, and combat?
Now, developer Rebellion (Sniper Elite and Zombie Army) have shared an extended gameplay showcase with the commentary from Ben Fisher, as he breaks down the game’s world, mechanics, and inspirations. From its tense survival elements to its gripping investigative gameplay, Ben shares insights into what makes Atomfall a unique and immersive experience.
Atomfall is slated to launch March 27, 2025, and is now available to pre-order. The game is coming day one to Game Pass, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, Windows PC and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store. It will also release on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4.
