Avatar Generations, a mobile game for iOS and Android devices, got its first major expansion and it’s immediately a great one. Focused on Aang’s accomplished predecessor, the long-lived Avatar Kyoshi, it adds new characters from the NYT best-selling novel.
Those who have loved The Rise of Kyoshi and its sequel The Shadow of Kyoshi by F. C. Yee are in for a treat! For the first time ever, you get to see and hear the beloved characters from the Chronicles of the Avatar. Ever wanted to see the official key art for Hei-Ran, Kelsang and others? Then dive right in!
Players will not only get to play through a new campaign based on Avatar Kyoshi’s life, the first Avatar added to the game after Aang, but they will also be able to collect Kyoshi and other main characters from the novels to add to their teams. The Rise of Kyoshi update is available for free now on iPhone/iPad from the App Store and Android devices from the Google Play Store, just in time for Earth Day.

- Adapted from the NYT best-selling novel, The Rise of Kyoshi, the new campaign will offer ATLA fans the first opportunity to actually see and hear these never-before-visualized characters.
- For most fans of Avatar: The Last Airbender and The Legend of Korra, this is the first opportunity to learn about Avatar Kyoshi’s full journey beyond her brief appearances in the original series.
