Consider this the standard fine print: This Bad Company 3 information is rumor and is not substantiated by DICE or any of their attendant companies.
That said, it appears that YouTuber “AlmightyDaq“, the same guy who correctly predicted Battlefield 1, has determined that the next game in the series will be Bad Company 3. The information has been “leaked” thanks to a contact AlmightyDaq has within DICE.
Bad Company 3 Rumored Content
If true, Bad Company 3 would take place sometime in the 60s during both the Cold War and the height of the Vietnam War. Events will take place at a number of locations and will be presented in such a way as to be more “alternative history” than actual fact.
Game modes may include Conquest, Rush, Operation, Domination, Team Deathmatch and 5v5 “Squad Obliteration”. Additionally, the informant indicates that maps will be smaller in scope than those in BF1 and more similar to those found in earlier games. Players will be able to choose from classes including Assault, Engineer, Support or Recon. Lastly, and perhaps most interestingly, the provided information seems to indicate that there will be no loot boxes either. HUZZAH!
Of course, this all comes with the caveat if this game actually comes to fruition. Still, it’s fun to consider, no?
