Additional Areas, Classes, and more are coming to Blade & Soul Neo updates that start next week.
Blad & Soul Neo has just got out the door, and there’s already a content roadmap announcement. The remastered and relaunched martial arts MMO form NCSoft will step foot in the Moonwater Plains during March. It’s jsut he first part of the spring and summer content roadmap revealed by the American arm of this global gaming giant. Players can expect more region, a level increase, another class, regions, quests, battlegrounds, and PvP balancing. You can get the overview below.
Moonwater Plains – Part 1
Step into the Moonwater Plains and experience a level cap increase, to 50. Theres a new region and storyline. This update adds Act 3 of the Epic Ques, where you’ll explore the conflict between Talus Dominion and Skyhaven Resistance. Take on the Blackram Supply Chain, featuring new Accessories, Poharan’s Soul Core and Skill Books as the main rewards. In Mushin’s Tower, PvE players will enjoy solo PvE content: They’ll challenge the boss “Junghado” to conquer the top floor, and then obtain Mushin’s Tower Emblem, to earn a variety of rewards.
April and Beyond
Players hanging in as far as April will be able to check out the remainder of the Moonwater Plains in an update that spotlights the frigid floors of Blackram’s Cold Storage. Check out this new location alongside the likes of Bloodshade Harbor, the main port of the Eastern Blackram Fleet. It’s all familiar enough for players that have tackled these pirates back during the original game’s; launch.
Part 3 will turn up beyond this and feature more new locations, the Highland Necropolis and Naryu Labyrinth, and the Warlock class. The first additional class to drop into the Neo relaunch, the Warlock is the a mid-range caster that uses mark to trigger magical attacks. Something of a glass cannon type, it harnesses dark magics, using those floating supernatural writings that can be consumed or unleashed to great effect—to protect or attack. Through their Talismans they primarily focus on summoning visceral and nefarious restraints and weapons, like spikes and chains.
