The developers from Unfinished Pixel has announced an Early Access release for the tactical fantasy Blightstone. The game promises to reimagine the turn-based strategy, blending it with the freedom of movement, roguelite mechanics and tense battles. Every run leaves the scar on a dying world, and this nightmare won’t stop until the Blightstone is destroyed.
Blightstone offers players to take control over the team of heroes, tied together by one goal and living crystal. The world is dying, and the brave sous should stop the corruption spreading before the land fractured beyond repair. The players should navigate the tactical battlefield, earn new skills and gather the powerful equipment to strengthen the party. However, when the attempt to save the world fails, the tides change, bringing them back to the beginning of the cursed fate. To survive they should adapt and master the tactics, as the strength alone won’t be enough.

- Dynamic Battlefield: Free movement for tactical positioning. Strategic environmental interaction, such as burning grass for area denial or using water to amplify electric attacks.
