Driven by a dream of revenge against those who made her an outcast in Edo-period Japan, a young warrior cuts a bloody path toward her destiny. The series follows Mizu, a mixed-race master of the sword who lives a life in disguise, seeking the deliverance of revenge. From a brutal time that fears and hates her, a warrior will rise. The end of the first season saw Mizu accomplish her goal – partially – but feel no satisfaction from it. Now, her journey will take her to London, the city that hides her other targets.
Meanwhile, other characters such as Taigen and Akemi have their own paths to follow and their stories of greatness to tell.
