Build A Better World and See The Dune: Awakening Construction System

Funcom just gave us all a close look at the Dune: Awakening construction systems in a new video.

Aspiring Fremen or Atreides loyalists will be able to build the base of their drams when Funcom’s Dune: Awakening comes to screens. Set to land in June 2025, the upcoming  survival sim gave us all a closer look at the core building systems, as part of a new video update. You can check out the visuals above, and take a look at Blueprints, Projections, and co-op construction.

The latest video update from Funcom drops ahead of the May beta test and shows how players can start off from a small-scale dwelling. Nothing like living in a hut while a deadly sandstorm crosses your path. Getting bigger and better, you can expand your home base, explore, build additional facilities, and eventually, choose a Great House to align with. Enhance your crafting abilities along the way, even refining blood into water. Refine those skills to make items with a unique house signature style, show your allegiance, and begin crafting faction-specific tech.

The video teaser shows off some of these dedicated factional vehicles, tech and architecture, focusing on the Atredies. You’ll get to see a group of players co operating using Solido Projections or copying entire builds using the Blueprint system. It might just be 4 minutes of new content, but this is worth a look if you haven’t decided on a faction yet. Check out more on the official website for more.
