Calico Neat Things is out today on PC and Nintendo Switch, adding another DLC to this cozy cafe sim.
Cute cat cafes and laid-back exploration game Calico gets even more content today. Announced as part of the Whitehorn Winter Showcase stream, the latest update to the island getaway arrives with new quests, a new character, additional mini-games, and more kitties.
Hand out more head pats while you have a look at the trailer for the new DLC. Players eager to pick it up and check out the content can try out the Neat Things Scavenger Hunt. Your in-game aunt has a new mission that spans an entire island, but the rewards are apparently pretty neat. The wider environment expands, with a new Mermaid’s Cove, and a new friend, Nahla the Mermaid. The Cutie City arcade also expands, with two new mini games to play.
Of course, the core of this sim is the cat café, so there are more cats and more café. While a familiar cat attends the DLC, there’s a mischievous raccoon, a smiley axolotl, a playful elephant, and a loveable golden retriever too. The café itself will unlock a range of extra aquatic themed decorations for player to pick and place, to change up the theme of their establishment.
