The developers from Double Stallion have presented a playable demo of the co-op slasher Surfpunk. The release was followed by the teaser presentation, which shows off core gameplay and the colorful world. The developers note that the demo is barely a fraction of what the final game would have. Moreover, the feedback from the players will bring closer the Early Access release, helping to polish existing content and gameplay.
Surfpunk is co-op slasher for a 1–4 players, featuring radical surfer-pirates. Players shred across procedurally generated islands, scavenge for awesome loot, and battle endless swarms of monsters in a fast-paced cycle of surf, shred, scavenge, and repeat.

- Gameplay: Access to 4 weapon classes, one training mission, and one game mode across four difficulty tiers, featuring procedurally generated islands and a Storm weather modifier.
- Content: Includes 4 NPC requests to complete, offering approximately 5 hours of playtime. Exploring all difficulties and unlocks extends playtime to over 10 hours.
- Hub Area: A social space with character customization, unlockable skills and modifiers, and one interactable pet.
- Exploration: Scavenge across 25+ procedurally generated islands.
