You can try Islanders: New Shores as part of the Steam City Builder & Colony Sim Fest
Head out on the high seas and find an idyllic getaway that needs a little love! Following the reveal of Coatsink’s Islanders: New Shores, the cute island builder sim now has a demo. During the Steam City Builder & Colony Sim Fest, players can set ashore and try out the upcoming title between March 24th – March 31st.
While potential new residents of New Shores an expect to get away on PC, PlayStation, Xbox and Switch, owners of desktop rigs, laptops, Steam decks, and Windows handhelds can visit a world of tranquil creativity ahead of the full summer release. This is a return to the Islander’s franchise, after the first in the series, and gives us all an opportunity to explore, build, and strategies with a few new twists. This time, you’ll begin with a range of beautiful islands to build on, starting each level with an inventory of buildings to choose from. 50 dynamic island generators generate endless possibilities, and a44 unique building types unlock throughout the build process. Complex interactions, special boons, two modes of play and a cool photo mode are already confirmed.
