Dark Mirror Expansion

The Nintendo Switch Owners Can Now Experience Skul: The Hero Slayer’s Dark Mirror Expansion

The Dark Mirror Expansion has finally arrived for Nintendo Switch owners. Players can now experience the latest chapter in Skul: The Hero Slayers unexpected adventures.

Neowiz, the publisher behind the likes of Brown Dust 2 and Oh My Anne, has finally delivered for Nintendo Switch players. On the go adventurers now have access to the Dark Mirror expansion for Skul: The Hero Slayer. Originally deployed to PC and console earlier this year, the new adventure includes new stories, NPCs, enemies, rewards, and challenges to take on.

Skul: The hero Slayer is a retro 2D action tale with plenty of rouge like elements thrown in. Plodding through a range of environments and switching heads as the situation requires, this little skeleton set out o take on the Imperial Army first time around. Now, the Dark Mirror expansion bolts on a new Hard Mode. This new mode is accessed via the game’s eponymous Dark Mirror and includes a whole new story, characters, and its own content. The inclusion of an additional DLC isn’t all that drops into the Dark mirror Expansion, however. Players will see some functional changes across the game. It won’t take long before noticing the new regards system, giving Skul an option of 3 reward options to choose from after clearing the Item Map. A wall of tweaks, changes, and improvements to items, attacks, and stages are also included in the new update. These can be viewed in the patch notes, but should improve the quality of life overall.

Anybody who already set out to take on the goodies with Skul will get the update for free. If you are interested in joining a lower tier hench skeleton in an audacious quest to save all the other creepy characters, then Skul: The hero Slayer s available in the Nintendo eShop for 50% off, right through February 22nd, 2023.
