Nixxes and KOJIMA PRODUCTIONS have revealed a system requirement for the upcoming PC version of open world adventure Death Stranding 2: On the Beach. Originally acclaimed on PlayStation 5 for its graphical fidelity, the PC version delivers optimized visuals across a wide range of hardware configurations.
The game features performance-enhancing technologies include NVIDIA DLSS 4, AMD FSR 4, and Intel XESS 2. Each offers upscaling and frame generation options. The Guerrilla’s DECIMA engine upscaling technology from the PS5 version is also available on PC and compatible with all supported graphics cards. Native AA options are included for maximum fidelity.
Death Stranding 2: On the Beach cutscenes are presented in 21:9, with gameplay extending to 32:9 displays. 16:9 monitor users can enable widescreen settings for a broader field of view.

The game launches on 19 March 2026, with the pre-purchase already available on Steam and Epic Games Store. Moreover, sign in with an Account for PlayStation grants access to the PlayStation overlay, including PlayStation Trophies, friends lists, settings, and player profile. Players who connect their account will also receive exclusive in-game rewards: unique design patches for backpack customization and a special suit inspired by the PlayStation logo.
