Desperados III the upcoming wild west strategy from THQ Nordic just unveiled a release date for PC and console platforms.
Set to ride out onto PC via Steam, Xbox One, PlayStation 4 the latest adventure in the Desperados franchise just got a release date and it is coming into town on 16th June. THQ has also confirmed that the real-time strategy game is already available to pre-order in a range of formats.
Digital Pre-order for PC is available now on Steam at SRP of €49.99 / $49.99 / £44.99
Digital pre-order for consoles will start soon with an SRP of €59.99 / $59.99 / £49.99 (PlayStation®4 and Xbox One™), of course, you can order a boxed copy now at your preferred retailer.
The Collector’s Edition is available for pre-order now and has an SRP of €109.99 / $109.99 / £99.99 (PC) and € 119.99 / $ 119.99 / £ 109.99 (PlayStation®4 and Xbox One™).
Desperados III is not just the newest in a line of gunslinging scenarios, it is a prequel to the classic Desperados: Wanted Dead or Alive. Taking the role of John Cooper, players must join forces with runaway bride Kate, the shady hitman Doc McCoy, the giant trapper Hector, and Isabelle, a mysterious lady from New Orleans. As the game unfolds, wild west warriors will encounter a story-driven, hardcore tactical stealth game that relies on great decision making and some ingenious tactical decision making to overcome your enemies.
To celebrate the release date, THQ dropped a new trailer starring the notorious gun-totting John Cooper himself. It also includes a great overview of the top-down action and bloody tactics that can win the day in the old west.
