Eat Your Way Through Snaktooth when Bugsnax Comes To iOS.

Bugsnax a watermelon octopus

Bugsnax, the wonderfully odd wildlife snacking sim from Young Horses, is coming to iPhone and iPad. Available on 12 July on the Apple App Store, the release invites players to wash up on Snaktooth Island to find a wealth of legendary half-bug half-snack creatures, to taste.

Setting out from the placid shores, eager explorers will need to find their missing host. The intrepid explorer Elizabert Megafig is nowhere to be found, and its up to us to find her. As the mystery of this disappearance unfolds, players will find out more abut this wonderful island, rescue Elizabeth’s own followers, and create a sample platter of their own.

While out in the wild, it’s possible to uncover, hunt, and capture all 100 different species of Bugsnax using a variety of contraptions and bait. Be careful what edible creatures end up being consumed, however. You are what you eat on Snaktooth, making weird new looks and silly character customizations aplenty.

Already available across Mac, PC, Xbox Series S|X, PlayStation platforms, and Nintendo Switch, Bugsnax is an utterly unique adventure game that has to be tasted to be believed. This iOS release includes everything available on the island, including the previously released DLC – The Isle of BIGsnax. It also brings an entirely new control scheme via touch screens, while also supporting a wide array of third-party gamepads.

You can check what’s on the menu on the official website and grab Bugsnax on the Apple App Store on 12 July.
