The developers at Borealys Games unveiled a brand-new trailer for their upcoming indie ARPG, Echoes of Mystralia, during the OTK Games Expo. The trailer revealed fresh gameplay and story details. The game promises to have roguelite gameplay style, with the unique spell casting system, originating from the Mages of Mystralia. Creating unique spell combinations and facing the numerous foes, the players will have to save the Memory of the world.
Echoes of Mystralia is a roguelite ARPG, where memories become the main source of power. The players take the role of a Watcher, Mazarim, who watches over the Cycle of Memories and sworn to protect it. When the World’s Memory begin to fade, Mazarim starts his journey through the lands of Mystralia. On his way, he has to face the Shadows of the Past and meet the lost souls.
He must now prove he can rescue the World’s Memory from the consuming Rift before it disappears forever.
