Focus Entertainment and Afterburner Studios have unveiled Elta: Defy All Gods. The game promises to become an adrenaline-fueled action–platformer blending free-form melee combat, fluid platforming, and sci-fi exploration. Elta marks the next project from Afterburner Studios, the indie team behind the critically acclaimed Dreamscaper.
Elta: Defy All Gods offers players a role of Victus, an elite warrior chosen by his people to seek their lost god. Stranded on a hostile planet with no way home, he must fight alongside Elta, a dragon-god companion whose restored power may hold the key to escape and a brighter future for his people. Players will master martial art stances, unleash devastating magic attacks, and chain together agile traversal moves. They will battle through derelict temples, industrial ruins, and otherworldly landscapes.
As Victus grows stronger, so does Elta, evolving toward their true form and gaining versatile elemental abilities.
