The developers from 1047 Games have presented a new trailer for the action first-person shooter Empulse. The video features cinematic action, the main game idea and its atmosphere. Moreover, the team promises to reveal even more gameplay during upcoming PC Gaming Show on June 7. The game is preparing to launch in Early Access later this year for PC (Steam), PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.
Empulse is a fast-paced FPS set in post-utopian streets of Freehold. Players fight for control of mechs to turn the tide of battle for their Crew. The game offers 6v6 matches with dynamic gameplay and movement freedom. The characters can run over the walls and use special items to change surface properties, boosting their own or teem mates speed and stats.

- Team Up Challenge: 6 versus 6 competitive matches
- Movement Mechanics: Wallrunning (forward and backward), grappling hook, Holojumps, and P.A.I.N.T. bombs that alter surfaces. Each district features surfaces, verticality, and routes for chaining movement sequences.
- Mechs: Player-controlled mechs appear on the map. Mechs have heavy weapons, unique abilities, and increased health. Controlling a mech provides combat advantage. Teams can cooperate to destroy enemy mechs.
- Setting: Freehold, a post-utopian city environment
