The developers of MMORPG The Elder Scrolls Online are back with the newest blog post, the September 2025 Survival Guide, outlining all upcoming events and activities. The developers are also teasing a sneak peek at what’s coming with Update 48 base game patch.
First things first, base game Update 47 & Feast of Shadows dungeon DLC are coming to consoles on September 3rd. The update is already available on PC and Mac, and now it will be up to Xbox and PlayStation players to lead their mounts to the water and delve into two new dungeons. Feast of Shadows contains two instances: Black Gem Foundry and Naj-Caldeesh.
Once Update 47 lands, ESO is in for a variety of in-game events, Crown Store update as well as daily login bonuses. There will also be Q4 & Update 48 Preview Livestream, but the date is yet to be decided, so stay tuned!
- Domination Weekend Mini Event (September 4-9). Demonstrate your might and earn bonus AP during the Domination Battlegrounds Weekend mini event!
- Update 48 Live on the Public Test Server (September 15). Update 48 arrives on the PC/Mac Public Test Server.
- Golden Pursuits: Dungeon Descent (September 16-30). Gather your courage and plunge into Tamriel’s darkest dungeons to complete Golden Pursuits activities and earn additional Undaunted Keys and gold!
- Undaunted Celebration In-Game Event (September 18-30). Delve into Tamriel’s dungeons to earn bonus rewards during this year’s Undaunted Celebration in-game event.
- Vengeance Campaign (September 22-29). Compete against other players for dominance over Cyrodiil.
