The developers of The Elder Scrolls Online (ESO) have shared the new megacut trailer to celebrate a decade of questing, villain fighting, raiding, and more.

While reflecting on the past 10 years, ESO is also preparing for some exciting additions: the Seasons of the Worm Cult Part 1 and Update 46 base-game patch arrive next month.
Seasons of the Worm Cult is a two-part adventure, and ESO’s major new zone and storyline for 2025. The villainous Worm Cult from the game’s original main story questline is back, and it’s eager to resume their plans of domination. Prepare to venture to the mysterious isle of Solstice and give fight to this old foe. You do not have to have completed the game’s original story to take part in this one.
ESO – Update 46 Additional QoL Preview:
- Further in-game map update: better tooltips, enhanced quest visibility, and more.
- Improved tutorials for the Wayshrine system.
- Update 46 will allow creators to upload their add-ons and console players to download add-ons.
- Master Writs are now awarded in stackable envelopes. Open them whenever you want to save on inventory space in between use.

ESO Update 46 arrives free for all players on PC/Mac on June 2, 2025, and for Xbox and PlayStation consoles on June 18, 2025.
