Developer Yellow Brick Games is back with a small hotfix for aRPG Eternal Strands and a promise of the first free title update dropping next week.
While the hotfix itself is a small thing that fixes some bugs, such as when ‘Weathering the Storm” quest caused objects not to appear in some instances, what is interesting is the game’s roadmap. You can find it above or proceed onward for the text version.
In Spring 2025, the game will receive the Free DLC Update 1, containing:
- New original content, developed in collaboration with concept artist Yusuke Mogi (FFXIV, FFXVI), including new epic, new armor set, and new weapon skins;
- New map and new magic power;
- Armor and weapons dyeing system;
- Oria’s tips and tricks;
- Miscellaneous bug fixes;
In Summer 2025, Eternal Strands will be updated with the Free DLC Update 2 that includes:
- New original content, developed in collaboration with Grasshopper Manufacture;
- … and more that developers are keeping secret for now.
