The developers from Paraglacial and publisher THQ Nordic have revealed the release date for RPG Fatekeeper. The announcement came along with a brand-new trailer, revealing the game visuals and the atmosphere of dark fantasy. The game prepares to launch in Early Access on Steam this summer, June 2.
Fatekeeper is an action RPG, where players have to explore the world and forge their own story. The game features a fully handcrafted world, full of forgotten ruins and endless fields. Plates can choose their own play style, mastering either various weapons or powerful magic. However, Early Access version will feature only small part of what the full game is meant to be, white gradually expanding in the process.
Fatekeeper – Key Game Features
- Handcrafted World: Players explore ancient battlegrounds, caverns, forests, and sanctuaries. Hidden lore, relics, and encounters reward exploration.
- Melee and Magic Combat: Each enemy has a distinct pattern. Players can combine reactive melee attacks and precision spell casting for tactical adaptation.
- Character Progression: Builds built of combat styles, attributes, and spell schools. Options include strength, precision, and sorcery focuses.
- Equipment System: Weapons, armor, and artifacts. Players can customize loadouts; gear combinations affect effectiveness.
