Weltenbauer and Software Entwicklung GmbH have released a new expansion for the Firefighting Simulator: Ignite. The Motor Vehicle Accident Expansion, focuses on the traffic accidents adding new game mechanics, missions and tools. The new content pack comes along with Shannondale Update, which brings five new missions. Both DLC pack and free game update now available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. To celebrate the release of a major expansion, developers team prepared special offers and free weekend for all players.

- PlayStation Plus: Firefighting Simulator: Ignite is now available in the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog for Extra and Premium subscribers.
- Steam Free Weekend: The game is playable for free on Steam from July 23 at 10:00 AM PT to July 26 at 1:00 PM PT.
Firefighting Simulator: Ignite is a firefighting simulation game set in a sprawling U.S. city. Players step into the role of a firefighter, responding to emergencies, battling dynamic fires, and saving lives. The game features realistic fire, heat, and smoke simulation powered by Unreal Engine 5. It offers an austenitic experience, allowing players to use fire hoses, saws, Halligan tools, axes, extinguishers. Moreover, the firefighters drive licensed Rosenbauer fire trucks. Players can form squads of up to 4 in co-op mode. The fire station serves as a training and preparation hub. NPC crew members are available in single-player mode.
