Warner Bros. Games is eager to show off Jason Voorhees from Friday the 13th and how he will shake up the MultiVersus meta. In a new trailer, viewers get a peek at Jason in action ahead of his arrival in the game on May 28th.
As a member of the Tank class, Jason is a giant among them all. He uses an axe and a machete to rain mayhem down on his opponents. With his ability to teleport to foes and stuff them into a sleeping bag, he is a formidable opponent. Oh and did we mention that he can also fatally fold a bed in half to launch enemies off the map? Yep, he can do that too.
As a game in early access, MultiVersus is constantly being updated. In a relatively new post on the site, developers discuss some of the changes coming to the game on May 28th.
- Some free content as a thank you to the community: Banana Guard from Adventure Time. Completing all seven days of the reward calendar also nets players Lady Banana Guard.
- Open Beta players logging in before June 11th will receive the Season 1 premium Battle Pass for free, including Jason as the first reward.
- Returning players also get the special edition Snow Suit Finn commemorative character variant, a special edition Rising Stars ringout, and a special edition Banana Guard announcer pack.
