Built near a volcano destabilized by the reckless use of geothermal energy to power its Generator, New Edinburgh faces grave danger. It’s time for you to take the helm as the First Citizen. But beware: a periodic Vote of Trust will serve as a tangible check on your approval rating. And once unrest rises and volcanic ash blankets the sky, the only safe haven is a nearby colony set on a frozen lake.
