Developer HoYoverse has shared a new animated Genshin Impact story teaser dedicated to the currently running Inazuma event Akitsu Kimodameshi, the Test of Courage. The event will be running through January 2nd, so don’t miss out on the rewards including the unique 4-star EM Sword.
The teaser takes a look back at Inazuma’s past before the Cataclysm, when the scores of Youkai still roamed the land and gathered for their colorful festivals, including the Mikawa Flower Festival. During the celebration, the participants could take part in the Akitsu Haneasobi – a game where you use hagoita to hit a ball towards a set target, which tests one’s speed, endurance, and directional control.
You can play this game alone, but if you want to cooperate or compete with someone else, you will need to find the right partner to enjoy it fully.
Currently, Genshin Impact is going through Version 3.3 Phase I that has added two new playable characters: 5-star Anemo Catalyst Wanderer and a 4-star Anemo Archer Faruzan as well as the new Interlude quest, game mode Genius Invokation TCG, artifact sets and more. Once Phase I is over, Raiden Shogun and Kamisato Ayato will be up for re-runs in Phase II alongside their signature weapons.
