Genshin Impact is back with a new cutscene animation ‘The Final Culinary Showdown’, dedicated to Escoffier and the finale of her story quest. If you haven’t finished it yet, you might want to avoid watching due to the spoilers in the video!
In her personal quest, Escoffier has a cook-off against another chef to settle their differences. However, it takes not one, but two such challenges for the true feelings of all parties involved come to light.

Despite not being one of the biggest patches, the first half of V5.6 is filled with new content. Travelers can take part in Archon Quest Interlude: Paralogism, meet Escoffier and explore who she is through her story quest, and, of course, take part in the Whirling Waltz event. Even though it takes part in Fontaine, in addition to the usual crew such as Navia, Furina and Wriothesley, it also features Escoffier and a trio of bros from Natlan.
Moreover, HoYoverse already revealed a glimpse at V5.7 characters: Skirk (Cryo) and Dahlia (Hydro). If no one from this version’s banners caught your attention, perhaps they will!
