It’s that time of the year again! Developer HoYoverse is back to tease the first character of Version 6.0 – Luna I, Frostmoon Scion Priestess Lauma. This 5-star Dendro Catalyst will be arriving on September 10 to overturn the Dendro meta all over again with her dainty hooves!
But while we wait, why not learn more about her through the character anecdote and the newest teaser? Moonchanter Lauma introduces the new Lunar-Bloom reaction with her Dendro powers. Utilizing the Verdant Dew, a special resource generated from the Lunar-Bloom reaction, she can boost her team’s Bloom-related damage. With her unique bond with animals, she can even take on a half-human, half-deer form to sprint and leap with agility.
Outside of combat, she also marks the location of nearby resources native to Nod-Krai, which makes her essential for gathering and farming. However, if she isn’t your cup of tea, the second new character, Kyryll Chudomirovich Flins, has a similar ability. Note that by playing through the new story, all Travelers will get a free copy of Aino – 4-star Hydro Claymore. So even if you haven’t invested into Bloom/Hyperbloom, you will be well on the way with Lauma and Aino.
