The developers of open-world RPG Genshin Impact are back with a new character teaser dedicated to Varka, the newest 5-star Anemo Claymore.
“The pearls of the northern lands sing ballads of knights, praising their noble virtues and ardent dreams. While their scars, veiled from the gaze of fellow mortals, dwell within the hearts of those who bear the tune.”
A blade in each hand for a flurry of quick blows: that’s what exhilarating combat is all about. In his core combat mode, Varka fights with just Anemo, gathering his teammates’ elemental energy and imbuing it into his weapon. The skill deals Anemo damage and additional corresponding Elemental damage based on the types of party members. This elemental damage cannot be overriden by infusions.
When there are at least 2 characters of the same element in the party, the skill damage is further increased.
In core combat mode, hitting enemies with Normal Attacks will reduce the CD of Special E and Special Charged Attacks. After unlocking Hexerei: Secret Rite, CD will be further reduced. Don’t forget to thank the Witches!
When it comes to exploration, Varka also possesses a slick movement skill: super long jump! For each Mondstadt character in the party, this skill’s CD is further reduced.
