The developers of anime action-adventure Genshin Impact have shared the latest character teaser video dedicated to Clorinde. The Champion Duelist of Fontaine debuts in the first half of Version 4.7, arriving June 5. She is the instrument of Fontaine’s law, and will defend justice in the Court of Fontaine with the blade she wields.
“When you traverse through the dark night, do you recall your transgressions? When you try to escape the condemnation of your crimes, do you dare to stare down at the pitch-black barrel of a loaded gun?”
Clorinde is a limited 5-star Electro Sword damage dealer who is able to implement different attack strategies based on the changes in her Bond of Life. That’s right, both new 5-stars – Clorinde and Sigewinne – join Arlecchino in playing through BoL mechanic.
Clorinde’s Elemental Skill allows her to enter the Night Vigil state. While in it, she can fire pistolet shots that increase her BoL or perform lunging sword attacks that restore HP. When BoL value is low, the shots she fires deal increased damage and have a piercing effect. When the BoL value is high, the AoE of the lunging attacks and the damage dealt are increased.
Clorinde’s Elemental Burst grants her a Bond of Life and deals AoE Electro damage.
