While some Travelers are still challenging the new Genshin endgame mode Imaginarium Theater, developer HoYoverse revealed another new activity. Welcome Envisaged Echoes, a permanent high-difficulty challenge that will test how well you know your characters and their kits. This new challenge will be added in Version 4.8, and completing the tasks will provide Traverls with special rewards.
“In a corner of the Theater Lobby, vibrant colors have emerged on a once-blank canvas. When someone touches the canvas, it transports them to different domains, based upon different experiences… Explore the worlds within the painting with specific companions and accomplish the final objectives. Traveler, are you ready to take on this challenge?”
Requirements include Adventure Rank 35+ and completion of a combat performance in Act 6 or higher in the Imaginarium Theater. In this gameplay mode, each challenge corresponds to a specific character and has its own independent challenge mode. You are free to select a suitable stage to complete the challenge based on which characters you’ve built.
Envisaged Echoes requires a high level of character building and gameplay skill. To overcome the various challenges, you will have to think carefully about character-building strategies and make sure you do your homework! The designated characters will be constantly updated, with the first season challenges featuring Jean, Qiqi, Diluc, Ningguang, and Kirara.
For every character challenge completed, you will obtain the corresponding character’s Echo cosmetic.
