Genshin Impact kicked off the latest expansion, Song of the Welkin Moon, inviting players to visit Nod-Krai and acquire the power of the moon. You can spend your hard-earned Primogems on Lauma (5-star Dendro Catalyst) and her signature weapon, or wait till the arrival of Phase II and the release of Flins and Aino. Or are you more interested in the reruns?
Here’s a quick overview of what awaits you in the game right now:
- New region: Nod-Krai, consisting of Lempo Isle, Hiisi Island, and Paha Isle. Of course, it comes with a hoard of new daily commissions, treasure chests, domains, fishing, new creatures, Lunoculi, and other specialties. Comes with new Archon Quest and World Quests.
- Three new characters: Lauma (available now), Aino (can get a free copy), Flins (arrives in Phase 2, can be met through the quest);
- New Elemental Reaction: Lunar Bloom & new team bonus effect: Moonsign;
- New weapons, including a new set of craftable 4-stars & new event 4-star Catalyst;
- New Artifact sets, Character & Weapon Ascension domains;
- New enemies & bosses;
- New Systems: Meeting Point, Silvermoon Hall, Valiant Chronicles: Local Legends;
- New Events, including To Temper Thyself and Journey Far that allows you to earn additional Constellations for characters that you own, including some limited ones;
