Developer HoYoverse is back with the details of Genshin Impact – Version Luna VII Phase I, including character & weapon banners, events, and more.
In this update, players will be able to get not one, not two, but three new characters. And two of them – Nicole and Prune – will be available in Phase I. Lohen wanters will have to wait until Phase II.
Nicole, our newest shielder, arrives to elevate the Hexerei-focused comps to a whole new height. While she’s useful as a general purpose ATK buffer/shielder, there is no denying that Hexerite characters gain more from her and her signature. Her debut banner arrives with a beginner to premium spread of Hexerite teammates: she’s running alongside Durin, with the banner featuring Fischl (Electro Bow), Razor (Electro Claymore) and Prune (Anemo Catalyst).
And if you have Varka? Her and Durin’s banners are basically tailor-made for you.
Genshin Impact – Version Luna VII Phase I Banners Feature:
- 5-star characters: Nicole (Pyro Catalyst), Durn (Pyro Sword);
- 5-star weapons: Angelos Heptades (Catalyst), Athame Artis (Sword);
- 4-star characters: Fischl (Electro Bow), Razor (Electro Claymore), (Anemo Catalyst);
- 4-star weapons: Moonweaver’s Dawn (Sword), Mitternachts Waltz (Bow), The Bell (Claymore), Dragon’s Bane (Polearm), The Widsith (Catalyst).
Joining the roster as a 5-star Pyro Catalyst wielder, Nicole brings powerful teamwide support to the battlefield. Her Elemental Skill grants an ATK Bonus to all party members, including those off the field, while generating a shield. Her Elemental Burst summons an Arcane Projection that follows the active character, unleashing Coordinated Attacks based on that character’s Elemental Type and gaining further enhancements under the Hexerei: Secret Rite effect.
Beyond combat, Nicole can use her Charged Attack to call upon a Seelie, guiding her toward nearby treasure.
Prune, a self-proclaimed “Witch Hunter” certified by none other than Alice, will also join the adventure alongside the two new companions. As a 4-star Anemo Catalyst wielder, she uses a bell and a giant hammer to deal multi-Elemental DMG and trigger Swirl reactions.
Genshin Impact – Version Luna VII Phase I Events Include:
- To Temper Thyself and Journey Far – Cycle 4 begins. After you have completed the 8 weeks required to claim your Stella Fortuna, there will be extra rewards such as Primogems, Transient Resin, random level-up materials starting Week 9.
- Limited Time Archon Quest Rewards – complete Archon Quest: Song of the Welkin Moon Act IX and Act X within the specified time frame to receive extra rewards.
- New World Quest ‘Beyond Silver and Fine Gold’. Explore the rooms within the Witch’s Lodge to earn Primogems and more.
- Phantasmal Pals event. Complete various challenges to earn Pals Synergy. Reach a certain amount to obtain rewards such as the “Super Awesome Magic Key” weapon appearance, Primogems and more.
- Trials of the Brave Warrior event. Put the contest participants to the test to earn yourself some Primogems.
- Stygian Onslaught reset (May 27).
- Imaginarium Theater Update (June 1) focuses on Pyro, Cryo and Geo. New Thespian Tricks added for Mavuika, Raiden Shogun, Kachina and Mika.
- New Envisaged Echoes – Navia & Wanderer.
- Repertoire of Myriad Melodies update. Complete the new album “Hexerei: Ballad of Whimsical Polyphony” to earn additional Primogem rewards.
