Developer HoYoverse took to the official site of RPG Genshin Impact to share the details about Version 5.6 Phase II, including its banners and events.
The arrival of Version 5.6 Phase II means the end of Escoffier’s debut banner. Instead, Travelers will be able to spend their Primogems on the return banners of Kinich and Raiden Shogun. For those not interested in these two, the game will also hold the Chronicled Wish: Inazuma very soon. If your chosen Inazuma DPS was missing a Constellation or the signature weapon, this is the best way to get them.
Genshin Impact – Version 5.6 Phase II Banners Feature:
- 5-stars: Kinich (Dendro Claymore) & Raiden Shogun (Electro Polearm);
- 4-stars: Thoma (Pyro Polearm), Kujou Sara (Electro Bow), Lynette (Anemo Sword);
- 5-star weapons: Fang of the Mountain King (Claymore) & Engulfing Lightning (Polearm);
- 4-star weapons: Lion’s Roar (Sword), Favonius Greatsword (Claymore), Dragon’s Bane (Polearm), Eye of Perception (Catalyst), and The Stringless (Bow)
Event Wish “Thunder Rends the Plains on High” – Chronicled Wish for Inazuma
- When: May 27 to June 17

Note that Chronicled Wish banners have different rules and with guarantee count compared to the normal Event Wish banner. During this event wish, you can freely select and chart a course towards your chosen boosted 5-star character or weapon amongst all 5-star items in the “Thunder Rends the Plains on High” Event Wish of this period.

- Chronicles of Shifting Stratagems (May 27 to June 9) – complete challenges to obtain Primogems, Hero’s Wit pages and more.
- Legend Ablaze: Cross-Border Brawl (June 5 to June 16) – fun co-op crossover challenges will be unlocked on the first day. Complete them to obtain Primogems, Weapon Ascension materials, and more.
- Ley Line Overflow (June 9 to June 16) – Successfully challenge a Blossom of Wealth or Blossom of Revelation and consume Original Resin to double your rewards.
