Genshin Impact Version 6.0 is the first chapters of the Song of the Welkin Moon, a new way to tell the stories and reveal the game’s secrets. Most players expected to set off to Snezhnaya after Natlan, but HoYoverse has a different plan in mind. The Song of the Welkin moon tells the story of a trinity of moon goddesses, who once steered the primordial celestial sphere and wove love and passion into the very heart of the world. They have long since faded into the shadows of time. Yet, those who follow the tides still sing and pray, for a new moon is set to rise.
The new region will feature a number of factions, including the Fatui, and some completely new faces: Snowland Fae, Lightkeepers, The Wild Hunt, Hexenzirkel, and Frostmoon Scions.
Version 6.0: A Dance of Snowy Tides and Hoarfrost groves serves as the first chapter of this new, wondrous story. The developers also tease a special guest segment will also be featured before and after the main show, so stay tuned.
