Developer HoYoverse shared the latest trailer for anime action-adventure Genshin Impact to further introduce Travelers to Xianyun. The human form of Cloud Retainer is a 5-star Anemo Catalyst that arrives in Version 4.4 to empower your party’s Plunging Attacks and provide continuous healing.
“Though Cloud Retainer often speaks of her friends and disciples, and spends much time pondering the multifarious curiosities of the mortal world, she nonetheless claims to pass a life of freedom and leisure. And indeed, you might ask, how else could she have invented all those wonderfully enigmatic mechanisms?”
Xianyun’s banner kicks off in the first phase of the patch. She will be accompanied by another newcomer: 4-star Pyro Claymore Gaming. When it comes to reruns, the patch brings back Dendro Archon Nahida (5-star Dendro Catalyst), the best Favonius Maid Noelle (4-star Geo Claymore) and, to everyone’s great surprise, Madam Faruzan herself (Anemo Bow).

But that is not all! HoYoverse also revealed a character coming in Version 4.5: it is the Inazuman seamstress Chiori. Players might recognize her from the Roses & Muskets event where she took part in filming for the festival.
